The Optimus Primer is organised in a double sided storage box and includes:

  • 1 x 8mm barb rubber bulb hand primer
  • 1 x 10 mm to 8 mm brass reducing barb
  • 1 x 8 mm to 6 mm brass reducing barb
  • 4 x steel hose clamps
  • 2 x 200mm lengths of 6mm, 8mm & 10mm ID clear hose
  • 30 blanking caps – 10 of each size 8, 11, 14mm
  • 28 x quick release fittings in the following sizes:

Quick release fittings are secure connectors that can be used for multiple applications such as fuel, oil, vapor, water & air. These can also be adapted when fitting additional fuel filters.

Operating temperatures: -30℃ to 120℃ in continuous, short time 150℃

The Optimus Primer also enables you to connect The Eliminator to the fuel system without damaging components. The Eliminator is a diagnostic kit used to eliminate certain sections of the diesel fuel system to avoid misdiagnosis and replacing the incorrect component.

Delivery

All orders must be purchased via the website and freight costs are calculated via Australia Post's API with a choice of standard or express postage.
Delivery of goods ordered and fully paid are posted within 2 business days.
A copy of your paid invoice and tracking will be emailed after dispatch.

Returns

Diesel Help Australia does not accept returns if the part supplied is correctly ordered based on the information you the client has supplied, yet not suitable for the application.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it:
– The part must not have been fitted and operated and must be returned within 7 days from the received date.
– A 10% restocking and administration fee will be charged upon return of items received in original packaging in new condition.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds of equipment & parts
Once we receive your returned item; we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. Depending on the method of refunding the purchase will determine the duration of receipt.
