Description
"The technical bulletin library is our go to. On several occasions, we’ve gotten out of strife by simply searching a common fault in the online library."
Technical Service Bulletins are the first point of call for Diesel Help members
The focus on the Global Membership is access to Technical Service Bulletins, we generally refer to these as Technical Bulletins or TBs. We've thrown in a taster of our online training and exclusive member discounts.
Diesel Help Australia have been providing diagnostic support for over 10 years. Almost 50% of our subscribers do not request over the phone diagnostic assistance.
We've realised that a lot technicians prefer to work out their diagnostics independently and on the job. You work tirelessly to upskill yourself on a current case; may be accessing online training, OEM Technical Service Bulletins, forums, or learn through trial and error.
Although we love to be involved in a diagnostic challenge, we also understand that mechanics want to excel on their own.
Key Features
Technical Bulletins (TBs) are created by Clinton Brett, a Heavy Diesel Mechanic and Diesel Fuel Injection Specialist. Clint is well-known for his clear, easy to understand technical articles.
The bulletin library can be searched using fault codes or symptoms, alternatively, search via vehicle make and model.
TBs can be downloaded for easy printing. Bulletins are live documents that are updated and revised as new information becomes available regarding specific issues.
Amongst our TBs you will also find instructional, educational videos and procedures, great for toolbox meetings and staff training; examples below:

Recently, we had an Isuzu NLR in the workshop with an intermittent EGR flow insufficient fault. Leveraging the knowledge acquired from Diesel Help Australia, we redirected our focus from the EGR valve itself to the surrounding systems. This strategic approach led us to investigate the AFM readings and, ultimately, to discover a bulletin in Diesel Help Australia's portal that pinpointed the issue to a voltage regulator affecting the AFM.
